I was looking forward to working with you based on my respect for the person who referred you to me. I was a little nervous by you donating your time because it can be an emotional challenge for me to accept help from professionals (versus recruiting help from scrappy little interns). You were gracious and approachable and I knew you were someone I wanted to be in connection with and was immediately grateful that the context got to be in supporting my project.
We were able to reach a larger audience, recruit higher qualified team members, and sell more tickets to our experiences as a result of your work. We heard testimonies from cast members and from audience members sharing that their main reason for joining our community was the professionalism of the website. We are a grassroots project and we were taken much more seriously by the community as a result of the site you created for us.
Discussing my organization with you and hearing your feedback on aspects that inspired you and strategies you suggested for improvement greatly increased my confidence as the leader of this community. My career priorities have shifted to better match my unique skillsets. You valued me not only as a client or a project creator but as a person.
You asked pointed follow up questions and broke your requests down into manageable and actionable items. You communicated clearly about timelines and expectations for project completion. There was very little confusion from a communications standpoint because you expressed yourself and explained your needs so clearly that my team was able to follow your advice with minimal stress.
The value of your services was immeasurable.
We were able to come across as approachable while discussing a difficult topic. You helped us combine our visual and verbal communications so that we presented as a cohesive and approachable community. The Isabel experience would not have been the same without you.
Thank you for listening so very well, diagnosing our needs, and for interacting with each of our team members with grace and dignity.

I hesitated before working together because I had already contracted a designer for the logo and website and your offer was for the whole package, rather than elements of the “project."
Since working together, I’ve noticed a most professional presence and clear communication beyond my personal perspective. Listening and receiving reflections from others who have used my business at some time has expanded my perspective of the specific impact of my service.
Also all of it is now communicated in such a way as to touch people deeply, who were not able to approach the topic previously.
I’ve noticed changes in myself, too. You can tell me what to do any time. I’ve been seeking input from other professionals and also broadening perspective of audience. I have a desire for others who have mastery in a specific area to do that work [ed note: instead of doing it all on her own].
There’s also a natural flow in development. I am more receptive. I am meeting extraordinary people without trying or seeking, I just happen to be sitting next to me at an event.
Your fresh view, your enthusiasm and wonder, your discovery, your technical skills and attention to details. Interviewing the people the way you did. The way you worked with the whole team. And one thing I like in particular is your honest communication skills and speaking up. And also the regular Skypes created velocity and focus.
I enjoyed the creative process with you a lot.
I highly recommend you to anyone who is ready to take their product or service to a whole new level so the essence is clear. And I do. Your work makes a difference in the world.
Besides your extraordinary skills; your life experiences, your creative vision and collaboration brings a richer tapestry into existence. To communicate the essence and get to the point - I love that in working with you.

The changes I've noticed in myself while working with you are probably the biggest impact [I've seen]. Partly it's using the services and partly it's the purpose that I'm working on.
If I'm going to change a generation who's been impacted by their childhood, I can't do it without looking at my own childhood. So there are times, whole days, in which I'm looking at the impact of my childhood on the way I handle things and the way others do the same. That is making huge changes in me. I'm not sorry this is happening. It had to, yet it hasn't been easy to do. Getting in touch with all of this is necessary for the project and is effecting the way it looks and feels. That's changing as we go, making it more exciting/interesting/challenging at times than I expected.
Thank you for the regular phone calls and check ins. This isn't just a "here's something to do and let me know when it's done." This is a partnership and I appreciate that. I also appreciate allowing me some latitude while I get used to a new way of doing business.
I like the way you listened and participated in what I do. This is not your background yet you understand in a depth I've not experienced before. Thank you.

After a 35 year successful career as a business coach, Victoria told me that not having a website = “my integrity was out”.
I didn’t understand... However, our relationship and the way she said it had me open to discovering what she meant.
Four weeks later, through a series of interviews, I have a website. A few weeks after that I have a logo. Now, I understand. Yes, I was whole and complete within my experience & in the world I knew before the cyber world became ‘business as usual’.
I, as a service, did not exist in cyberspace. Therefore, by definition, my integrity was out.
Now, after using my NEW website, as a tool, to establish my focus each morning for the past weeks, there’s an entire new realm, dimension and experience of being complete!
The familiar energy and juice that’s in a “startup” is present.
Likewise, there’s an entire world opening that will clearly use the rest of this lifetime. A real possibility of my life’s work continuing beyond ‘me’ is clear and present.
I’m inadequately appreciative and highly recommend Victoria if your web presence is in need of upgrading. She is a master and an artist that will transform your world! You too, through a series of interviews, will experience a new realm of being complete.

I was totally blown away by the value you provided me. My product offerings are more simple and directly applicable to the customer I am trying to target.
The research you did into my industry was amazing. The interviews you conducted with actual people (and the fact I got to read their word-for-word honest feedback) was a serious game-changer for me.
I know exactly who my ideal customer is, and it’s making everything SO much easier. Speaking to them is so much easier than trying to please everyone.

The most important change I noticed from going through this is that I am excited about my web presence. I actually want to work on it and put myself out there.
I’ve had a LinkedIn profile for over 3 years and had never bothered to update it and use it. It had the bare minimum info and that was it.
I was reluctant to build a web presence before, and I realize now that I was just carrying that with me from when my job was not something I was excited about.

Focus, focus, focus.
I'm no longer floating in a nebulous sea of potential customers. I know exactly who my ideal customer is, and it's making everything SO much easier.
Speaking to them is so much easier than trying to please everyone.

I am more confident in the direction and vision in my business.
I liked how Victoria pours herself into my business and industry - going so far as contacting people for research and interviews vs just a general google search (one of my concerns!).
She was willing to ask questions and acknowledge her lack of experience in my particular industry and yet made up for it by going out her way to research it from a point of view as an outsider. Which also provided a different perspective and valuable feedback.

I wondered if Victoria would be able to see the product from my clients point of view. She is not part of my target market.
After implementing the suggestions Victoria gave me I felt much more confident in offering my product and felt the value was greatly increased.
My clients loved the changes and felt that even the small tweaks helped make the product much classier, approachable, easier to navigate and use, and valuable.
I love the follow-up she provided on her suggestions – for example, if Victoria gave me something to change and once I did she came back and offered further support to really polish it off.
I love my workshop so much more now and feel it has a professional edge that it was lacking before you reviewed and helped tweak the class.

Victoria is a one-of-a-kind dynamo who not only holds herself to extraordinarily high standards but also hits and exceeds those standards.
She has a drive and energy rarely seen these days, and is always thinking creatively about solutions to what appear to be insurmountable challenges.
I never, ever saw her get discouraged or defeated. She brings a joie de vivre to her work and her life that is infectious.

Working with you made me realize how unavailable I really am online, and helped me change that so that my ideal clients can find me and contact me easier. I feel much more “visible” online now.
I feel like I learned so much! Honestly, you gave me confidence to put myself out there online in ways that feel right TO ME, not the ways everybody else is.
